Deutsche Real Estate Aktiengesellschaft, Berlin, and its subsidiaries currently manage a total of 30 properties located throughout Germany, 26 properties that belong to the group and 4 that are owned by the Summit Group.

The core business concentrates on maintaining and managing a broad diversified portfolio of high-yield commercial properties in prime locations and locations classified as 1 B and 2 in major German cities and medium-sized centres with development potential.

The real estate portfolio is managed by the wholly-owned subsidiary DRESTATE Services GmbH in Berlin, Frankfurt/Main and Hamburg.
